Privacy policy

99gamblers.com is operated by 99Gamblers LLC, a company registered in Curaçao ("we", "us"). We are an information, comparison and player-advocacy service for crypto casinos. We are not a gambling operator and we do not accept deposits or wagers.

• Account data. When you create an account: your email address, a username you choose, your sign-in provider (Google, Discord, Twitch, or email), and any profile details you add voluntarily (country, avatar choice, casino and coin preferences).
• VIP Club applications. The details you submit on the application form: name or handle, email, Telegram handle, monthly volume band, where you play, and your message.
• Support cases. Information you give us when you open a case, including details of your dispute with a casino.
• Technical data. Strictly-necessary cookies for signing you in and keeping your session alive. Optional analytics run only if you consent via the cookie banner.

We do not collect payment details, government ID, or wallet private keys — ever.

• To run your account — performance of our terms with you.
• To review VIP applications and work support cases — performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating the desk.
• To improve the site (analytics, if you consent) — your consent, withdrawable any time.
• To meet legal obligations, including responsible-gambling and age-restriction rules.

We share data only with the processors that run this service: our hosting provider (Netlify), our database and authentication provider (Supabase), and — when you sign in with Google, Discord or Twitch — that provider confirms your identity to us. When you ask the VIP desk to arrange terms with a casino, we share only what is needed and only with the brands you actually play. We never sell your data.

Strictly-necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice — the site cannot work without them. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you choose "Accept all" in the banner. You can change your choice any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser; the banner will ask again.

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time
• Complain to your local supervisory authority

To exercise any of these — including full account deletion — email desk@99gamblers.com from the address on your account. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days; we may retain the minimum needed to meet legal obligations or resolve open disputes.

Account data is kept while your account is active. VIP applications and support cases are kept for as long as needed to work them, then archived. Data is stored with access controls and row-level security; traffic is encrypted in transit.

This site is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact desk@99gamblers.com and we will delete it.

We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site before they take effect.
