Baby food for 6 months

This post has 2 recipes for 6 months or older babies who are ready to consume solid food.

The first recipe is a puree of boiled mix vegetables and the second one is a combination of mashed rice and moong dal.

I have specially added cumin powder in place of cumin seeds in mashed moong dal khichdi.

Adding whole cumin can create choking and hence do not use it.

It is not necessary that once your babies are 6 months old, you can start weaning.
